Very poor customer service, lousy – I wanted to add an important addendum to my previous review. I have since come to learn that Brace Flooring are PRICE GOUGERS! We HAD to use them because our builder had a contract with these people, but everyone needs to know that these people are price gougers. We wanted to upgrade our bathroom and flooring choices throughout the new home.
