Great people to deal with but not great machine service. Spent $300 on a service and it came back worse than what it was when I took it in. Same problems persisting, could have purchased a new one for the amount spent on the service. Very disappointing.
Service, knowledge, friendliness , and attentiveness to customers makes this business a 5 star experience!!
For all your Stihl equipment here is excellent. Service all brands and always reasonable in price. Been h e re for years under same owners and always friendly service.

I walked in with a lawn mower filter in hand and by the time I’d got to the counter one of the staff had my replacement filter in hand waiting for me…. Now that’s on to it customer service.
