I had a mold issue in my crawl space. I signed a contract with Brabble to clean old insulation and debris from crawl space and spray for mold. Then install 10 mil moisture barrier, spray foam the walls and insulate all vents. When they laid the barrier on ground they stuck wire through barrier to hold in place. When they pulled the wire out they tore the plastic in serval places. When they sprayed the walls they did not seal it around my water tanks and to my doors.
