Expressed urgency of situation when needing air dryer fixed for the shop. Over a month later and machine still not working. Many emails didn't get responses. Overall, terrible experience as it cost a lot of time and money and still no further along.
Brabazon and all their techs (Pat, Todd, Jason) are nothing but professional. Always prompt service and quick to point out issues, and provide solutions.
Great service and communication. Always helping to support our equipment while here performing our PM’s, and when in need of service/repairs. Always willing to take calls with questions from our staff on issues and concerns with our compressors.
