Attorney Braatz bought a property on Wheeler St in Cedar Lake and I have had to call the code enforcement officer on him the last 2 years for lack of mowing and maintenance. I recently complained about garbage, tires piled up in yard. This man should not be able to buy any more properties in town.
Great driver soothing music and arrived on time
Would advise never to rent from him. If you do always take pictures and videos before and after. NEVER pay lasts months rent. He will not give back deposits and leaves no choice but to sue him for it back. Never believe anything he says, because he’s a snake.
