Unfortunately my experience was poor and I take no pleasure in writing this negative review. My experience was poor for the following reasons. First, the server was inattentive, slow and skipped out on a number of server basics like introducing himself; I had to ask if he was our server because we waited at least 10mins before introduction. This was our first time at Braii and wow, just wow. I have had them on 'the list" for a while but I was not expecting to be so impressed. Everything we had was fantastic right down to the cocktails. My son said that if he only had one thing to choose to eat infinite of it would be the tuna. For me, it was the scallops, with the steak coming hard in for second place. A great night indeed!
What an experience from the ambiance to the food to the service. 10/10 would recommend! We had a date night and reserved seats by the kitchen to watch them at work. The kitchen staff were busy but friendly and added an extra value to the experience when we had questions about the menu or my partners allergies. They were VERY accommodating and made it easy for her to enjoy fine dining which is not often our experience.
