I brought my new bike to Roger to help me get my sag correctly. He swapped out my shock spring in record time and even explained the process to me, so that i can change it myself next time with confidence. He is very knowledgeable and great to work with. Roger is a pleasure to work with! This is my second time using Roger’s services at Braap Suspension. Last year he serviced my front forks after I noticed a leaking fork seal and this year he serviced my rear shock and added stiffer springs to compensate correctly for my weight. During both my visits Roger explained in detail how the suspension is supposed to work and how I could mess with the compression and rebound settings to make for a better/smoother trail ride. I've had great experiences with Roger and Braaap suspension. He's figured stuff out that both on my MX Tech suspension and my stock Ktm WP suspension that was over looked by other suspension shops. Very detailed oriented that's well explained with no pressure. Highly recommended.
