I order 3 weeks ago an ignition & tank key, the order haven been processed. I m texting, calling, mailing no one is there. I try to cancel and get a refund now and still no one replying. Are you a scam ?

Paid a deposit and transport costs for a MotoE8 in early September 2023. It is now coming into September 2024 and still no bike. Many emails to the company and if they do answer they say bike is coming. Last email then said bike not in country. The contract said my balance payment was due March this year for the bike. Won’t deal with Braaap ever again. Easily take payment, failed to deliver on time due to stock. Asked for a refund ruffly in April 2023 after waiting for months. Still waiting for refund. Send back extra add ons. No communication from their end. Left many messages. They just say I’m on a list for refund… but can’t give me an ETA. It’s a joke as I’m paying interest on my loan. Good to sell and get your money. Aftercare and customer service 0 out of 10! Edit!!!! Still waiting… I did get offered a delivery a year later 🙄

I purchased the ss125 super light over 12 months ago and I still have heard nothing about it, on the website it says they ran into unexpected delays and when asked what the delays are they say nothing except “ trust us it is worth the wait”. Do not purchase anything from this company unles you want to lose several thousand dollars.
