Highly recommended for any level of gym and heavy lifting experience. Brandon is a highly motivated trainer who keeps you on track and challenges you within your capabilities. I joined without ever having been a gym member. 6 months in and I am the strongest I've ever been, greatly increased my, core, stability and overall health. On top of that his community of members is tight knit, supportive and welcoming.

I am almost 62 yrs of age and I want to thank Brandon, owner of BR365 gym for developing a community spirit and wellness centre in Greensville, Dundas, Ontario. I was not training at the time and I was starting to feel old and all that comes with it. VALEO BJJ and kickboxing started, and I became the first student of both. This is not your typical gym. Privately owned, clean, results oriented, with kind people and an amazing owner/coach! I started here two months ago with little to none knowledge about weight lifting. Brandon (the owner) always makes sure that my form is proper to avoid injuries, but also that I am lifting to my maximum ability to build strength and muscle.
