Greet customer service , fair prices , good turnaround .
They were genuine lifesavers, some of the nicest people that we've met so far. We ended up getting rear-ended and needed a quick fix for something and they did it with no trouble, highly recommend and if we weren't from Iowa I would definitely come again.
The people here are amazing and kind. I had an engine issue while I was driving on a trip—I was about 2 hours away from home and 2 hours still from my destination—and I pulled up to their shop asking for help. They not only helped me while they were extremely busy, they gave me advice, and when they knew they weren’t going to be able to be the ones to fix the issue (it was an issue that can’t be fixed, by the way, only replace the engine) they refused to let me pay them for their time and the new spark plug they bought to co... read more
Dropped off my Mazda for some TLC repairs. B&R looked my concerns over, called me with an estimate, we agreed on repairs. Work was done quickly and throughly. My car is back to being a quiet reliable ride and I'm super happy. Will definitely bring it back in the future!
