They straight up dont care. Bad attitude. Had my boat several times over the years. Took it last yr to a dif guy to help him start a business and got screwed so went back to these guys. They kept it all winter and did nothing. Found out they left it outside all winter uncovered because they decided not to work on it. Didn't bother to call and tell me anything. I've been going to B&R for years. Never have any complaints, always get me in right away when I have a problem. Doug does a fine job working on my pontoon boat.
