Upon his first visit to my home for to gather information to provide an estimate, the estimator Craig who unfortunately is the owner, was arrogant and divisive - he laughed at me when I told him I thought a particular aspect of the job he was quoting was excessive in material and labor costs... (it turns out it was 50% high). I would not hire this company to rake leaves, much less invest tens of thousands of dollars in landscaping Caveat Emptor!
