These guys were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I only had a small but finicky project for them, yet they were still responsive and promptly provided an estimate. They then returned on time to complete the work on budget. I was impressed by their attention to detail and everyone I interacted with at B&R was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

GOT A WRITTEN BID FROM B&R, TEXTED THEM I'M NOT READY, DON'T DO ANY WORK. A FEW DAYS LATER MY ARLO CAMERAS PICKED THEM UP INSTALLING WHILE I WAS GONE, NO CALL, NO COMMUNICATION THEY WERE COMING OUT TO DO THE JOB. I CALLED, COULD HEAR OWNER IN THE BACKGROUND EXPLAINING TO THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED MY CALL EXACTLY WHAT I SAID, DO NOT COME OUT TO DO THE JOB. HE THEN SPOKE TO ME AND SAID A ' MISUNDERSTANDING'.
