We loved working with BR Carpet. Melinda gave such wonderful, personal service. There were so many options to choose from for our project, and the prices were very reasonable. We were also glad to work with a locally owned company. In the end we were thrilled with the final result, and would use their service again without hesitation.
We have not yet gotten carpet installed but so far, the process has been wonderful. Melinda has been so helpful and answered tons of questions and showed us so many options. she has followed up promptly after the measure and we are so excited to pick our final carpet and get it installed! customer service here is TOP NOTCH! I'm sure installation will be nothing but wonderful as well but will update again once we have our carpet!
