Price was right. Guy at the counter could use a little customer service training. He was busy on the phone when I walked in and didn’t acknowledge me, another customer came in and again he didn’t acknowledge him. I realize when it’s busy sometimes you need to focus, but a quick I’ll be right with you, should be standard practice.
I went for a spare tire. They are totally organized today. And we found the tire with no problem.
The guys are easy to work with and prices are fair. When I need just one OEM wheel for a customer, B&R is my go-to. It's also awesome that you can still go pull your own parts.
Had what I needed and ready to be picked up the next day.
