Super friendly and approachable. I went to another shop to get an issue with my breaks sorted and 1 day later the issue came back and he tried saying I needed to come get more work done. I felt he was taking advantage so came across B&R that was highly recommended. They took a look at it and told me it was a completely different issue and fixed the problem.
