Probably the best customer service and work I've ever had done anywhere in the country! I travel for work literally all 50 states and these guys are amazing! I had a issue with my truck. I told Mr. Billy I needed it fixed that day on short notice and that I had to be in Pittsburgh the next day he stayed til midnight fixing my truck!! Him and his wife both made me feel right at home and the Job he did was outstanding! 100% the best auto repair in the area!! VERY PROFESSIONAL VERY HOSPITABLE!!!
ol Billy at Tristate Auto.you can't beat him.He is Honest ,trustworthy.straight up on his repairs.cant beat his prices either.Billy does great work if he finds something else he will let you know.i have know Billy for years he has always worked on my Truck and my wife Cars.i will not take them elsewhere period.Billy best Mechanic in tri state area you will not fine a better person or mechanic anywhere.thats why I trust nobody but my friend and mechanic ol billy he is THE MAN.PERIOD
Billy knew what he was doing and was very persistent in finding a solution to get my car running. I was able to make it home safely. They are very friendly and knowable here and make it very easy to understand what's happening. They keep you informed every step of the way of what they are doing and why. my only complaint is that they aren't closer to my home because I would use them as my mechanic every time I need one.
Billy and Renee were really great! We broke down on 81 in a Winnabago and as they got us up and running again they let us stay and camp on their property. Billy made sure that everything was good on our machine before sending us back out into the wild! Great work and great people!
