I called first thing in the morning, as my car window was broken into overnight. I got an immediate answer and was getting my window serviced within 1.5 hours of my call. I will continue to use B&R for my auto glass needs. Reasonable pricing and great service!

This is a business ran out of someone's home, which I wouldn't have a problem with of they actually answered the phone, had a sign in front of their house, or... Idk, we're open the time they say they are. My experience was very confusing. I wish you luck in becoming better.
