We've used BQE Garage Doors twice now (both overhead doors in Yonkers) and they have helped us out right away. The first time my car was stuck but I didn't need to go anywhere until the next day, so we talked about it and they came out first thing in the morning vs the emergency service (saving me money). Our garage door spring snapped so I looked on the big G for a local garage doors company in Harlem and found BQE Garage Doors. I called and spoke to Paul who came over and fixed it quickly and perfectly. He even tuned up the door with some new cables and a good tightening of everything. You can tell he really cares about making the customer happy. The garage door works great now and the price was right. I highly recommend Paul at BQE Garage Doors.

Miles came as scheduled, very polite, offered choices for repairing. I chose cheaper choice, no new parts, just reestablishing tension without warranty on his work. He's obviously very experienced. He worked quickly and cleverly with the car in his way and even cleaned up some unbalance of the door. I didn't need a warranty after watching him work! Thank you, Miles and to the owner of BQE Garage Doors, after the service Miles provided you just earned a new customer.
