Took 1,000 dollars out of my account even when I said ONLY 500.00 . IT’S BEEN ALMOST THREE WEEKS SINCE I HAVE SEEN A REFUND. BEYOND PISSED.
They gave me the wrong website to make payments. Had to go in and speak directly to the people there, who really didnt want to help me. Beware: they will intentionally screw around and try to start garnishments. Extremely untrustworthy. EDIT 3 YEARS LATER: I have not missed a payment in the almost 4 years of BQ Law having this account with me. I received a letter stating a payment was missed. NOPE! Would not recommend using this place AT ALL. Whoever the man is that’s answering the calls is NOT NICE. Hung up on me while I was upset about them freezing my accounts when I had no NOTIFICATIONS sent to me that it was going to happen or that I had even missed a payment. And quite honestly the payment shouldn’t have even been missed because there was PLENTY of money for them to take my payments. They just wanted all my kids SSI savings instead. I had a very unpleasant experience with BQ and Associates LLC. I called to ask a simple question about getting a refund for a wage garnishment that happened before I filed for bankruptcy. Even though I clearly communicated with them during the process, I was told they would not refund any money. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and argumentative. Boy where do I start. These are the most unprofessional pieces of crap. I called to verify the amount I owed after a garnishment has been in place for months and the first representative I talked to gave me the wrong amount. I simply just asked where the difference is in the amounts because there is a huge discrepancy. That rep couldn’t explain the difference. I then asked for a supervisor.
