Would not recommend using this place AT ALL. Whoever the man is that’s answering the calls is NOT NICE. Hung up on me while I was upset about them freezing my accounts when I had no NOTIFICATIONS sent to me that it was going to happen or that I had even missed a payment. And quite honestly the payment shouldn’t have even been missed because there was PLENTY of money for them to take my payments. They just wanted all my kids SSI savings instead. I had a very unpleasant experience with BQ and Associates LLC. I called to ask a simple question about getting a refund for a wage garnishment that happened before I filed for bankruptcy. Even though I clearly communicated with them during the process, I was told they would not refund any money. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and argumentative. Boy where do I start. These are the most unprofessional pieces of crap. I called to verify the amount I owed after a garnishment has been in place for months and the first representative I talked to gave me the wrong amount. I simply just asked where the difference is in the amounts because there is a huge discrepancy. That rep couldn’t explain the difference. I then asked for a supervisor. Very dirty company that uses borderline fraudulent tactics. Received a summons for a suit. They tried to tell me I owed them for the summons they created on their own. I plan to take legal action against them

If you have to deal with these people you are probably in a rough situation, they don't care. Sociopaths out for the cash. Oh you have medical needs that you need the money in your account for well that's your problem not theirs, you need medications to survive its ok we will get our cash from your body when your gone. You don't have a job, oh you're on account with someone that does have a job we will just take their money that they worked overtime to pay for your meds. It's like the mob with the law on their side.
