Took 1,000 dollars out of my account even when I said ONLY 500.00 . IT’S BEEN ALMOST THREE WEEKS SINCE I HAVE SEEN A REFUND. BEYOND PISSED.
They gave me the wrong website to make payments. Had to go in and speak directly to the people there, who really didnt want to help me. Beware: they will intentionally screw around and try to start garnishments. Extremely untrustworthy. EDIT 3 YEARS LATER: I have not missed a payment in the almost 4 years of BQ Law having this account with me. I received a letter stating a payment was missed. NOPE! Would not recommend using this place AT ALL. Whoever the man is that’s answering the calls is NOT NICE. Hung up on me while I was upset about them freezing my accounts when I had no NOTIFICATIONS sent to me that it was going to happen or that I had even missed a payment. And quite honestly the payment shouldn’t have even been missed because there was PLENTY of money for them to take my payments. They just wanted all my kids SSI savings instead.
