Awful! I have never spent so much on tax services or had so many problems that Penny did not take any accountability for or make right. She instead tried to place blame on me after talking out of two sides of her mouth and contradicting her own words. Bottom line she filed my taxes incorrectly and now I have to find someone else to fix it. Worst still she refused to even refund a portion of my exorbitant fee. I am disgusted by the total mess she created for me and lack of accountability and integrity.
