Terrible customer support on incorrect installation of roof panels and refuses to accept any responsibility to help to repair damage

<p>Our records document :</p><p>The customer's system was installed in 2008 with a full 5 year warranty on workmanship.</p><p>The customer sent a picture of a leak stain in late 2012 - we responded immediately and resealed all the solar mounts in the vicinity of the stain. We have photos of those mounts whose original sealant was intact. After being off grid for more than 10 years utilizing generators I turned to BPVS to design a photovoltaic system for our home and we are so glad we did. Chris and his team were professional in every aspect of the project from design thru final startup and permitting. Chris even had to educate the final inspector on the most current electrical codes which he validated.
