Tom came and cleaned my carpets and cow skin he was incredibly prompt, accommodating, thorough and polite. I simply couldn’t have asked for a better job thank you very much Tom and Jerry his beautiful dog.

Oh my...if only I had read the reviews??? I was meant to have my townhouse " deep cleaned ". Due to my back injury I can't manage to clean windows and blinds. Upon arrival I was told the quote didn't include blinds which was partly the purpose? Into the clean a man with a dog was in my home ( I later found out that's the owner TOM) if that really is his name? They were in my house? I contacted Bpure extremely last minute and they were able to send over a cleaner that very day to get on top of a variety of things that a cleaner from another company had missed during a bond clean.
