Contacted this business after noticing good reviews. From the beginning Tom was easy to deal with. He replied to me straight away gave a quote and was so easy to deal with. Lovely genuine guy! I got a flea and carpet treatment together. He was professional took photos and videos and even offered to help with a letter to tribunal against real estate. Tom was great to communicate with, him and his team were prompt and thorough. He took time out of his day to provide advise and support and helped myself and my housemates to get our bond back. He is very passionate about what he does. i would definitely recommend Tom.
Very poor effort on a bond clean. Took advantage of tenant who is a good bloke and once paid refused to come back and clean properly. No recommendation from me
