Came on time, steamed cleaned my 3 bedroom , left all clean and tidy and said goodbye with a smile (: Price was good as well, cant see why im not going to call them again. Finally some proffessionals in the cleaning industry - rare find !
Hugely disappointing. Coordinated a bond clean two weeks in advance for this morning only for the owner Tom to cancel 30 minutes before they were due to arrive. Put us in a really difficult situation as the new occupants are moving in same day. Even tried to confirm with Tom the day prior but he never responded. He claimed we never paid in advance which is why he didn’t arrange a team. It’s just bad business all around. I’d avoid them at all costs as their communication is poor and they’re clearly unreliable.
We booked Tom and his team for an end of tenancy bond/rental clean. What an amazing experience. His communication was amazing and the job his team did was exceptional. There was not a single "to fix" on the final inspection and the property manager said it was the best cleaning job she had seen. I cannot recommend Bpure highly enough. Thank you so much Tom and team.
So I got a new cleaner in. A young Israeli lady from Bpure cleaning services. What a superstar!! She cleaned my 1 bedroom unit and made it shiny and new - just Amazing! She gets 5 stars from me because she's a great cleaner and a nice lady.👌👍
Friendly and professional service. We had our couches, rugs and carpets steam cleaned by Tom and they look fantastic. Camilla also did a great job with a general clean. Thanks guys!
