Worse customer service. Very unprofessional.
This is an okay electric company. The only thing I would ask them of is to get to places quicker.
The worst the worst place to live ever my electric bill runs from $1000 to $1800 every month , I paid $500 on Wednesday and they shut me off on Monday ..I haven’t had electricity for 3 days in this 100 degree weather …they want another 600 to turn it on..every month I don’t use hardly any electricity and my home is only around 12 square foot ..you can’t go there no one is allowed in the building and it’s an hour to 2 hour wait on the phone..customer service is a joke so rude and don’t work with you at all ..I am ready to mov... read more
This is the worst service I have ever received. I can’t even get through the automated answering service to end my service with this provider I cannot be happier to leave wyco
