We are getting charged 35 dollars a month just for water runoff with no curb sidewalks or drainage in my area we don't want those things, nor do we want these charges on top of are high electricity rates and goverment taxes tacked on to the bill are through the roof. These people need to stop lining there pockets and take care of us the people or we will take or hard earned money some where else
This business is a SHAME! Customer service are not trained, liars, incompetent and should be reprimanded and fired!! When they send customers on bogus trips for pymts, do not go over pertinent information, set you up on plans that are higher based on credit, turn your utilities off bc of there own mistakes and the supervisor is just as incompetent and they do not try and correct things! They just pass the buck!! The Better Business should be of help??
Light bill super high for no reason
I have been calling, my wife has been calling and my neighbors have been calling and we get NO response from BPU. I do not understand why they do not respond.
Rates keep rising. Small house and it was 480 last month!!
