Terrible customer service and impossible to get information when needed. Water has been turned off for maintenance 4 times in one month, yet our bill remains expensive.
I have never called any company in my life where it has been so hard to get a hold of a human being. The phone services are the worst I have ever experienced. I tried to get a hold of them in multiple ways over multiple days. It was an absolute nightmare.
Been trying to get in touch with a real person for over a week. Left a call back number and never heard back, currently over an hour on hold. Electric bill is saying we used 4x more Kwh than last year same month same temp range. I even turned off the basement dehumidifier. Impossible to get help and prices just keep climbing. Bending over the working poor here in wyandotte making their fortunes off us.
I have moved out of the home and I need service shut off immediately
