Alan at BPS was recommended to me by another garage as someone that might be able to fix a problem i had with my Ford Focus. A number of other garages were either incapable due to the software required or not interested. Alan was great. He is obviously very capable but showed genuine interest as well. The issue was sorted quick time for a very reasonable price. I cant recommend him enough.
