Dean and the team at B-Pro were excellent in helping my mum who had been fiercely independent and very resistant to the idea of accepting personal care. We needed a flexible service at short notice and they were a great help: all the carers we met were kind, respectful and professional. Mum accepted their help without any problem as they were skilled and put her at ease. Thank you to the whole team!
Bpro carers and the management are the best carers we have had. They are very kind, caring and supportive to everyone else within the family household. They are reliable, trustworthy, so you can get some time, and rest bite. If you looking for a top company to look after yourself or your loved ones, please do not hesitate to call them. We had other companies pre these, and I just wish that we had these before.
My mum was cared for by BPRO for about a year and a half. On the most part we can recommend. So many carers were excellent with mum. The care manager Zoe is truly amazing and really listened to and acted on any of our concerns/ problems we had. Mums main carers that she saw most of the time were Keri, Simon and Alex. They were mums most regular carers and were truly amazing, caring members of the team that treated mum as a human being with respect, dignity and always loved a laugh with her.
