The worst. Both the Occupational Therapist and receptionist are incompetent. Not doing a complete assessment, making major errors in the report (and not fixing when I brought to their attention), not making the right recommendations, not taking any accountability, trying to practice outside of their scope (and being wrong), making TONS of mistakes, and did not provide me with correctly completed documentation that was required for a service I had already paid for. Ordered shoes from the clinic. Was told they would be available in 2 weeks. After waiting 4 weeks and no follow up phone call, I called to cancel the order telling them I had to buy them elsewhere. And couldn't wait any longer A week later I recieved an email with an invoice for a $25 restocking fee. Very poor business practice.
