Horrible experience. Our HOA has a Assessment fee of $20,000 for repairs/condo. I have been paying the monly amt. for over 2 years. For 2 l/2 weeks I have tried to get the balance of what we owe, and also I have been sending extra money asking the it be put on the principal. I have not gotten a response from the local company or BPM in Arizona where I pay the condo fees and assessment.
