The staff is rude they don't get in no hurry they tell you one thang on the phone and when you get there it's different I will not go back
They are faster than the other place in WS. They have chairs to sit in. The kiosks respond better to your touch. Only con is that the employees talk way too much and do not seem well supervised. The manager seems to just let them run the place on their own. I hear a lot of personal chitchat and see employees texting while working. the people are friendly and some what fast here....was in and out in less then an hour and a half.this is the only plasma center i will ever go to.
The location is clean and more organized than most but the staff is unprofessional and hood. Please dont be pretty and go there, the female workers will find every reason in the book for you not to donate! The quality of customer service is the unacceptable. Not worth the stress!!!
Fail to give reasons why you cannot donate and won't let you use their phone to call your ride. Might as well put in their stupid wall you can't donate of you have any cuts of any kind on your arm.
The facility in WS is well run but needs appointments or a system that can be used by people waiting in the parking lot as they arrive so that the last to arrive are NOT the first to give plasma. I am often the first there and 20th in.
First time visit does take at least 3-4 hours because of the initial intake and physical. The following visits are around 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The pay is worth the time you spend watching TV. Staff is very friendly and well trained. Be sure and drink plenty of water or fluids the day before and it will go faster.
it is embarrassing when you are a donator who donates for the initial cause. However the employers make you feel as though you are the actual poverty case.
it fills good to help others in need.
