Fast response, had an issue with Ptrap that was properly explained. They left the space better than they found it, clean and gave a realistic way to keep an eye on the issue. Fast turnaround too.

I had an emergency at 7 pm on a weeknight last week. Contacted a plumber I knew who had previously worked on my house, Frankie, and he said he would come help me. It turns out he now works for BPI, which he did not tell me until he got to my house. He provided no contract for replacing my water heater, said he was not going to run the job through the company because it was a "side job" for him, and gave me no receipt for payment after I gave him a check.
