I had an emergency at 7 pm on a weeknight last week. Contacted a plumber I knew who had previously worked on my house, Frankie, and he said he would come help me. It turns out he now works for BPI, which he did not tell me until he got to my house. He provided no contract for replacing my water heater, said he was not going to run the job through the company because it was a "side job" for him, and gave me no receipt for payment after I gave him a check. Julio was professional on his work, he did all by himself. He changed the main shut off valve that service our house, plus installed natural gas trap, and expansion tank to protect the water heater from pressure. Julio was very efficient, respectful, and friendly. Very professional in his work. Thank you.
