Beware of review appointments....cost £80 to be told nothing relevant about my teeth, just how much my treatment is going to double in price and a sales pitch....REALLY!!! Returned for another review free of charge after complaining to management then after next hygiene treatment was told I need another review????? I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I visited this dentist expecting professional care, but unfortunately, I left disappointed and frustrated. The appointment felt rushed, and my concerns were barely acknowledged. I didn’t feel listened to, and the lack of clear communication only added to my anxiety. Difficulty getting through for appointments to begin with, charged £100 trying to rearrange even with 24hr notice, ridiculous!
Just WOW! From the moment you walk in , to the moment you leave . Firstly a massive thank you to Monica and all the team , nurses and hygienist and reception staff. My gums were in a shocking state , waking up in the morning and gums were bleeding , very inflamed .
