Amazing service every time! I’ve called them for several different reasons from heating & cooling to plumbing issues. Most recently, I had a few plumbing concerns and the plumber that came out addressed each one and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He made the repairs efficiently & the work was done very clean. Will continue to call BPI every single time.
Good price and good service
If I could leave no stars I would, absolute worst experience I've ever had with a company. I'm not one for bashing and have never left a bad review but after they came two times to fix a simple sewer plug, saying they fixed it and not running water to test it, along with them saying they will be here this day and no call no showing. Just an all around terrible experience. Called roto rooter out of Bettendorf, they were quick, came straight here in 30 minutes they weren't here 5 minutes and had it fixed. John was very easy to work with to figure out the size of furnace & ac unit for our house. His staff was curious, professional, & cleaned up any trash generated from the install. I would highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a new furnace or ac.
