BPI Wollongong was a great find. They were able to fit us in inside 48 hours and the price very reasonable. We were so happy with Dean's thoroughness in inspecting the property. His report was comprehensive but also really well laid out so was easy to read and to refer back to. His phone call straight after doing the inspection to give us a verbal indication of what he observed was immensely helpful and he encouraged us to ask questions either then or later. Highly recommend.
Angela and Dean were great to deal with. Angela was able to arrange our inspection quite quickly and Dean did a fantastic job in talking me through his detailed report. Very happy with BPI Wollongong & Southern Highlands, would recommend.
Angela was so flexible with the scheduling and Dean was very thorough with the home inspection. We're really happy with the promptness, friendliness, and quality of the work :) We will definitely use BPI again if we need another B&P inspection!
