We recently bought a home in Sterling IL that had been empty for a few years and had mold in the basement. We fixed the mold issue but knew that our ducts most likely needed cleaned and could smell a bit of mold when the furnace ran. We contacted BPI, had our ducts cleaned and also our furnace serviced. The cost was very reasonable compared to others. It's been about a week and we are confident that anything that was in the ducts has been taken care of.
Always outstanding service. They are very good at what they do and even better people. Highly recommend.
