I had a fantastic workout at this place! The instructor motivated the heck out of me! The music, the bikes, the lights! It was great! I'll definitely be back!
Great spin studio with lots of energy! Been to a couple in the valley and this one holds up the them, they do a great job at keeping the energy up in the room and educating you throughout the class on how to stay in form. Had a hard time finding it for my first time, the website currently list two different locations... It is the one on montezuma in the sprouts parking lot, directly behind chipotle. Amazing place! Great staff, very welcoming. I was new to spin classes but it’s Just the change up I needed for my cardio. The lights, music, people, and overall atmosphere pushes you through the workout, feels like I’m working out in a music festival. I live just about an hour out of town but I’m hooked, Bought a class package after my 1st class. I also really like that Their website makes it easy to check scheduled classes/availability and sign up. Very glad I found this place and decided to try it out.
Awesome spin classes with amazing instructors! I never thought I would love spinning but I'm hooked!
