I really rate the service from BPC. I uploaded the plans for our extension and explained what I wanted to achieve, they quickly sent design drawings and made several revisions, answered my questions until I was ready to purchase. The kit arrived promptly and well packaged. They have since provided flow rates for commissioning. Great products and support.

I took a team of ventilation installers to Larne, all the way from Manchester, which cost a lot of money, to attend the City and Guilds Competent Person Ventilation Course. The course was ok, but beyond that it's been shocking. The course was done in November 2024 and we are still waiting for our certificates now, which may well be on City and Guilds, but we had had certs to show that our guys attended the course but one is missing. Ordering was fairly straightforward, but no digital receipt outside of PayPal. Be very careful when buying as there's a 20% restocking fee with returns, as well as no automated/simple return process.

Not a good experience. The design wasn't good and would have left the machine running at too high a capacity. I had to upgrade the machine based on my own calculations after realising something wasn't right. This was confirmed after speaking with multiple other companies, The installer they recommended was not good. I had to source another company to finish what they started.
