BPC Remodels did some work in our kitchen (painting, taking down a soffit, replacing ceiling, adding trim and fixing a cabinet for our new oven to fit in) and did an amazing job! We are so so happy with the finished product! This is the 3rd job we’ve had done by them and will definitely be using again! Thank you Melvin and crew!
Okay. I've waited over a year to try and let this guy slide, but I just had a situation that broke the camel's back. Do not use this company at a penalty of about 10 years off of your lifespan. This guy will promise you the moon and deliver an outhouse and you will be paying extra for "quality". In 2022 we had, like many people, pipes burst in our house. Melvin of “BPC REMODELS”begged us not to leave a review, after reading this you will know why. Unless you have a handy husband or handyman on call to clean up their careless and skill lacking work , do NOT HIRE. This was by far the worst contractor we have ever dealt with. He lets you pay in installments, then begs”pretty please” for another payment 4 days after the last one. We had Melvin and his team refinish and repair our hardwood floors. They did a wonderful job, were very detailed, and were willing to make requested changes along the way. We would highly recommend BPC Remodels for all of your flooring needs.
They put down LVT and a piece cracked a few months later and I called them. They came out the same week and replaced it without hesitation and without charge. Couldn't ask for better customer service than that!
