Mitch, the owner of BPC Pool Maintenance, is greedy, unethical and incompetent. He installed our spa system backwards. I had to file a claim with our home warranty company to get the spa operating properly. Mitch argued with the owner of Aaron Pools that he had installed our spa system properly until Mike, the owner of Aaron Pools, finally convinced him that the spa valves were installed incorrectly.
