Mark diagnosed the issue while I waited. Handed me a written estimate which was the exact cost of the repair. He ordered a part which came in the next day. Took the car back and repair was done within 2 hours. Far better service and result than the dealer…highly recommend
AVOID … Had a bad experience with my vehicle for undercarriage suspension repairs. Marc Stern lacks good customer service skills. Went back a second time since the front end noise was still there? He took in the car again and never gave an estimate and charged me another $1600. Total spent was $3400. Why did it take two different appointments to attempt to solve my suspension noise?
