Getting cranial work done with Barbara Payne is magic. Her energy, skill-fullness and capacity to be with my body and energy is world class. For days after a session, I feel my body and brain more alert, calm and relaxed. I highly recommend Cranio work with Barbara!
I had two Brazilian style lymphatic drainage massages in a week and they were incredible. Not only did they feel amazing but I saw an immediate difference in my appearance. My waist, stomach, hips, and thighs were all slimmer and more toned. I was amazed at the before and after pictures. I’ve had a lymphatic drainage massage before, but it was nothing compared to the experience I had with Barbie. This experience was amazing!! I saw Derek for brazilian lymphatic drainage. So relaxing and the results definitely speak. I have been dealing with severe bloating and pain for a while and felt a huge difference post session with increase in comfort and flatter appearance. Thank you guys for what you do :)
I have seen both Derek (for a full body massage) and Barbara (for fascia release) and both were NEXT level incredible. Both are warm, kind, professional, DEEPLY knowledgeable of the body and all of its connections - and explain as they go making it easy to understand.
