I think the staff here are very unsupportive, my best friend came to this clinic today with a lot of anxiety and tears. The staff didn’t reassure her with what is about to go on, instead they just pushed her and made her feel more stressed and under pressure.
I am deeply disappointed by the behavior of the staff at this place. As women you should know better. Compassion, understanding, and support should be at the heart of what you do. Instead, met with rudeness and insensitivity at a time when someone was already struggling to make a very difficult decision. Had a great experience coming here for something so sensitive. Everybody was so kind and caring. Surgeon and team were lovely. Really quick procedure and was in and out within about 2 hours.
Had a very good experience here today. The staff are all so lovely and accommodating. I had an amazing lady named Natalie through my procedure who went above and beyond to make me feel reassured and calm as I was full of anxiety. She was amazing. Thank you so much.
