Annie is prompt, professional, knowledgeable in what she does. Our transaction did run into some kinks because it’s quite unique and potentially tricky on the tax side. We had to asked her to pause the process a couple times. She was really easy to work with and has kindly agreed to charge us the same flat fee for the real estate transaction even though it does require extra time and work. Will definitely go with her again.
