“I had my truck repaired at BP Truck Repair near I-40 Exit 292 in Holbrook, Arizona. They worked on it for about 5 hours, but charged labor as if they had worked all day. They also installed a used part and charged me for a new one. Very disappointed with the service. 0/5 stars. I would not recommend this shop.”
Got Ac compressor replaced from them. Literally took 25-30 mins for everything But They charged $850 for that. Opened my hood next day find out that one pipe is leaking and whole freon is gone. Went to other mechanic shop nd he told me that they over charged freon that make pipes burst. Gonna spend another $600 here. Be careful with these guys. Don’t waste your hard earned money with these people.
The place is crooked. A few weeks ago we had work done, afterward we paid them, and then they tried to say that the method of payment wouldn't process and tried to get us to pay them again... had to threaten to call the police and press charges before we were able to get out of there. Stay away from this place.
