Brian lives in my neighborhood and has extensive five star reviews from my neighbors. I eventually had a problem with my shower control valve so I texted Brian and he was able to come to my home and fix my problem quickly. Bryan is very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I really enjoyed spending time just joking with him while he fixed the problem that I had. Brian of BP Service co. was a pleasure to work with. We had a toilet that was leaking and caused water damage to our vinyl flooring. Brian came in and was able to diagnose the issues: hair line cracks in our toilet and the flange underneath being raised too high for the toilet to have a proper seal underneath. He was able to break down the concrete around the flange, cut the pipe, and lower the flange within a few hours.
