I cant say enough good things about Gavino Perez and his team at B&P Seal Crawl. We have been wanting to do encapsulation in our crawlspace for a long time, but every time we called a local company to come give us an estimate, they always gave us way overpriced quotes, non itemized statements even when we asked for them or they weren't going to do what we wanted in the crawlspace. Gavino is the best! I highly recommend this place for crawl space work. Very reliable and excellent work ethic.
B&P did excellent work with encapsulating my crawl space and installing a sump pump. They were very professional and gave me a detailed explanation of their assessment and plans. My crawl space looks 100% better than it did before and I can rest easy knowing I have proper drainage and humidity control now. I would highly recommend them.
