My charging lead is stuck in the BP Pulse charging socket ! Case number 33349546 These things happen, but very disappointed that 6 days later and still nobody has been out to release the cable from the unit! Fortunately I can still park there and use lead to charge my car, or I would be stuck with an all electric car and no charge lead

My first time charging in a public site. I used the BP Pulse app after I topped it up with £10 credit. There is a small screen showing the serial number of the wall charger, which is required to start the session from the smartphone.

Normally reliable and working at this location, but be prepared to spend a few minutes getting set up and charging. No card payment option, so you need an account set up. Stopping charge also requires you to access the app.
