Was overcharged. App said $18, but wallet was charged $40. Submitted a complaint and haven’t heard back.
The experience was good, but it could be improved. I live in South Melbourne, and the closest station for me is Brighton. Could you please open more locations in the city and/or nearby to make it more convenient and save time?
DONT COME HERE if you need to charge your electric car ! Doesn’t work! The ev charges don’t work! I’ve tried plugging in my Kia Ev4 first time didn’t charge and had a little difficulty taking it out. So then I moved to another area. Same issue!! Doesn’t charge and now I can’t even take out the charger in the car and it’s been over an hour on a Sunday afternoon!
