I was helped yesterday by Bernie - I only needed a washer for my toilet flusher thingy, but he went above and beyond to get me the correct one, at the second try I took the part in and he managed to find me one that fitted and even fitted it for me, so all I had to do when I got it home was to slot it in. He even gave me a follow up call this morning to make sure everything was working! You can’t beat that for service! 5 stars to Bernie!!! Thank you. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🏆
Fantastic service! The only place to go! Really helpful with replacing toilet cistern and helped me to fix pull out kitchen tap.
Sorry bp plumbing, I always came to you first but after yesterday your service was so poor. Wrong item wrong advice . Fortunately I was able to get the right part at NCP plumbing down the road for $40 in a few minutes, not $70 (and the $70 was the wrong part) I was told at bp counter, better to buy a complete cistern unit $110 ! Imagine the work changing the fittings etc etc. I am a 75 yr old pensioner and a tradie. Yesterday I felt I was being just fobbed off at bp counter with a couldn't care less attitude.
