My two boys play soccer and after five weeks here we saw noticeable improvement on the field with speed, stamina, and footwork. The coaches are professional and welcoming. I also appreciate that they begin and end on time and spend the entire 50 minutes efficiently training. We highly recommend BeProsise!
My son has been a part of the Irish team for two seasons now and has been taking speed and agility classes for about 4 months.
