This place is horrible. My appointment was at 1:30pm. When I got here a dozen people were waiting. The man who does it was no where to be found. The girls at the front desk are rude and have no customer service skills. Getting a TSA pre check is a federal screening and this place and the people who work here are shady.

Made appointment for TSA pre check, then arrived early only to discover they were over an hour behind, with no offer of reschedule or apology. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Don’t ever go here. The guy is very rude, he doesn’t know what good customer service is apparently. He is very short with his customers and honestly doesn’t deserve anyone’s business. It says on the website that they can do fingerprints and when I called he told me they don’t even do that there and asked why did I call? Um probably because of what you put on your stupid website. I will never recommend this guy or this store to anyone.

Long wait but it’s expected with any establishment so I’m not complaining. Went to go get my TSA pre check and got there at 910 and left at 930. The lady was really friendly and helpful.
